@veldachan log in to your account > Manage Subscription > Change Subsription...if you successfully saved the $36 plan...you should see it's sitting there ready to be used on your next renewal date.

@RafBaymen in cellphone settings, you should see a primary line and a secondary line. One esim is primary, other esim will be secondary. Each esim will have a separate account number, phone number and each must have a unique email address.

@Dunkman while you're at it...maybe have someone add the included Calling Features: Call Display, Voicemail etc...to all the plan descriptions. New customers have asked that question in the Community Forum several times this past few weeks. I dunno a...
