I am having issues receiving texts from Banks to verify my accounts ie adding bank cards to apple wallet. I do receive texts from Public to authenticate but that's it. I have reset the phone (hard reset as well) to no avail. Any help is appreciated...

7 days later still having issues. Unable to verify when adding cards to Apple Wallet. I was able to add another card from a different bank as it used my email address as verification.
