Ho, tomorrow our contract at Roger is ending. Was planning to go for a subscription at Public mobile, but …..how does this work with a locked phone?Do I need to do something?or only start a subscription online at public mobile?

Hi, when reading the plans there are special reference notes 1 or 3 added next to some words.Cant find anything what these references mean. Please share what these references mean, as these might be important references and not knowing might be misle...
