@lmoore same thing happened to me when I ordered my SIM. The mods did a great job of resolving it so it should be pretty straight forward. Depending on where you live, there may be a kiosk around that could also help get you in sooner. Good luck!

Above and beyond just the November promo PM has going on, referring a friend is totally worth it because you will still get the permanent dollar discount associated with either a 30/90 day plan. So why not? Sharing is caring 
