Can anyone tell me why I would be using 100's of megs of data while I am asleep? It seems to occur between 12:00 and 2:00 a.m. Should I be starting a ticket to trace this usage?

No I didn't reply yes to the text message. I saw it and deleted it because I do not come anywhere close to using the 20 gig plan that I am subscribed to. I will attempt to submit a ticket again using the link you supplied. Thanks

These emails would show up at 2 or 3 in the morning. I would get them when I turned on my computer. I am going to assume that they were in fact a scam attempting to get me to click the link. I still change my password though.
