how to change community account username ?

hi i am trying to change my email addess but cant see that option anywhere. my username is not my email address for public mobile community btw.

Hello,My 250 MB data was all used so I purchased $5  250 MB data add on but I am still unable to use it. is it supposed to be added to my next month ? I wanted to use it in my current monthly charge as I am out of data. what can I do. Thanks
