Why is my son's hp have NO SERVICE, he did not tell me that it has been going on for awhile and the last I checked his account, it is active.  Not impressed!!!
I just activate my son's hp in Dec and when I check his transaction history, it looks rather confusing.  Transaction Type          Credit Payment    Debit (Charges)    Balance$10 Referral Credit        $10.00                                          ...
I activate my son's SIM & select autopay (cc) but I got billed full price and not the $2/mth off??  When I activated mine many years, I had no issue?  Is there a change in billing???
I received an email from PM when I send my email address to them before I activate my new sim card.  I checked my account, nothing stating the free one month service at all???
