I activate my son's SIM & select autopay (cc) but I got billed full price and not the $2/mth off??  When I activated mine many years, I had no issue?  Is there a change in billing???

Sorry, but the autopay discount doesn't get applied to the plan price when first activation. Your son will still receive that $2 but it will be applied to the next renewal. There should be a $2 credit in the account balance, so that means that he should actually receive a $4 discount for the first renewal.

You will not receive $2 off for autopay during activation. On your first renewal you will receive $4 off and then $2 off for subsequent renewals.
