My work cell is with Bell and it works fine. I am assuming Bell/Telus shares towers so it looks like a public mobile issue.
Performing a manual scan, the network is there. My phone even connects to but will not do anything but 9-11 calls (no, I did not actually dial it and everyone, please don't try). My phone stays in Emergency Calls Only mode.
Never mind. Someone else said Telus is reporting an issue. It's not listed on their site though for Toronto.
Its actually a Telus issue.. and since Bell is not down, its unlikely to be a tower/signal related.
