I chose public mobile because it’s cheap.

@Conradrz  I agree 100% , same with PM

 locking certain phones from using voLTE . Some that work with Telus don’t work here with PM should be the same all across the board

I have reflashed my phone and its sketcy it picked 5g up once and that was it no need for pm not to have this issue fixed as is telus sister company

@Conradrz  I reported on this a year ago s20 is 5G phone and gets 5G network on Telus but not PM 😞

if your techie some have been able to reflash it and get 5G with PM but it’s not for the faint of heart

Not going to be with public much longer **bleep**ty customer service no 5g on the s20 and not on unlimimeted data since i put it down to 4g as i never got 5g and had the plan for over a year they owe me money also as over billed when i signed up 2 years ago. Shows how good supports here

I stay with Public Mobile because they've never disappointed.   I've been with them for 13+ years and never had a problem.  I'm also LOVIN  the points system lol!

Best bang for its buck. Its the lowest monthly plan i have had, and the rewards (even though they took away most) are still better than nothing like most other carriers.

@Tori420  I chose it for the old legacy rewards , that no longer exists . I spend many years doing the dirty work of trying to get friend  refferals and have been somewhat successful with it . And it’s the only thing that keeps me here

@Tori420

I also chose PM for:

- The lower priced plan and the only 3rd tier carrier that offer 5G.

- I have full control of upgrade or downgrade plans on my account.

- The Rewards program for referrals and Give Back points for helping others for a $15 credit once I have 15 points.

- But prefer the Legacy reward over the Points reward.
