The more, the better with this crowd-sourced format. Over my several years here, I've found it to be quicker than calling a contact center that's usually off-shore.
You might even end up getting some added "Points" to your account as a result of your help. Those Points can be used to lower your renewal costs, buy add-ons or just accumulate 'em.
