Switch to new boxing week offer for new customers

Looks like I need to open a ticket to have 24$ 4GB 4G subscription for current customer but I get 404 error and can't submit the ticket. Wasting 2h to move from 25$ 1 GB 3G subscription that I currently have and getting pissed off
