I'm being moved to the public points program after being a long time member of public mobile. I have helped numerous users join the public mobile family, and I am upset that the new public points program will result in an increase in my overall monthly cost for my cell phone.

I am in same boat. I am over 5 year with public mobile and have 8 CAD reward every month. I think I am going to reduce to 3 CAD in new plan.

@kylewsteele - You can file a CCTS complaint BUT before you can do that you will have to contact CS_Agent to see if they can resolve it, if not you can fully file a CCTS complaint here: https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/for-consumers/complaints/complaint-form/
It may tell you to provide the contract, but simply don't because PM doesn't sell contracts.
