@VidaJalaeian do you want to recover your gmail address ? or you want to recover your My Account login but you use your email address as the login id?
If you want to restore your My Account access, you will have to open ticket with PM Support

If you lost your gmail access and also loss your My Account access which use your gmail email address, you can first setup a new email address. Then use method 2 above and ask CS Agent to change the My Account login id to a new email address
