Dm while plan was deactivated

@members If someone messaged me on a chatting site(ie Insta,Facebook)while my plan was not active(It wasnt when i woke up but i went and reactivated it)would i still get the message when i cant get calls or texts

Another Vote for Yes but 

I will mention as I have before

I live almost exactly between 2 Cell Towers

and as recently as today I received a message from yesterday and

My Phone was not even

turned off.

My solution if an Important message calls are expected and not received

is to Always Reboot restart my phone.

as it is also applicable when travelling /driving at the edge of service as well as

through no service areas as well as weather issues (Lightning, Solar Flares)

The sites you mentioned are web-based services, not SMS.
