It's been 4 months and there are still people starting threads in the Support section asking why their bills have gone up so much. The community page needs a more obvious way to tell people why their bills went up before they post a thread about it. Real support requests are being bumped down because of this, bogging down the normal response time of all community helpers.

At the top of some websites they can attach a temporary banner with a message each time you visit the site. Most of them have an X to close them, but they can be added without too much work to the site code afaik. Something like that would help at the very least.

PM posted and pinned the announcement They sent SMS and email. No sure what more they can do if people just never read their text and email and not come here.

Public mobile did pin the announcement since March of this year. Public mobile also send an email or text to all affected customers. It is possible that some customers were missed. Or that customers did not read the email or text closely enough to understand the implications of the new rewards points system.
