Every time I post in the community my post goes straight into the unmoderated rejected folder but I still get notifications. When I follow the notification that there was another post, my post will have disappeared from the thread. I noticed that it was suggested in an earlier thread here in The Lounge that this was in one case related to a corrupt IP address - how would that be fixed? Customer service have tried to fix the problem but were unable to and this was escalated on Friday but I have heard nothing further. This will probably disappear too but since @hairbag1 was able to post about it as a new question after experiencing the same thing I thought I'd see if this would post as opposed to replies which don't.

@slusagm Thank you! That was a message I posted earlier in the week before I knew I had actually been banned from posting. When I tried to post it was flagged as spam and I was given an automated message box to contact a moderator if I believed this was in error. Obviously I did believe it was in error but now I know I was being prevented from posting - now that the ban has been removed the post has seemingly been allowed to appear. Apparently this arose mostly because I had posted a link to a Telus offer (apparently Telus is considered a competitor even though it is the parent company). I would have thought that was preferable to the OPs going to another company entirely but apparently not. Another thing that can seemingly get one banned is referring other users to the you-know-who porting team, I have done that in the past although not recently, and thought we were just not supposed to publicly post the number. Also if a post ever disappears after posting, don't try to repost thinking it was a system glitch as that will get flagged for spamming.
