$16 rewards and $15 plan. Doesn't public want me to pay something?

I've requested to be switched to the $24 plan, some data for emergencies would be nice (I don't go out and work from home)

Right now I pay $0 a month for free plan. Been like this for a very long time. Surely public wants me to pay something right? If not then I'm happy to keep paying $0 for a free line 🙂

"I've requested" and "They're going to give me what I want" are very different things.

Good luck. But don't be surprised if Public Mobile doesn't make an exception just for you.

Hi @Tabman,

As others have pointed out. The $24 plan is only for new activations so you wouldn't qualify for the rate even if you'd be willing to pay more for it. Keep an eye on your account for exclusive offers or targets deals that might get texted directly to you phone. Sometimes you might be in for a surprise!

@Tabman

do you have Autopay (Subscribed) and a valid credit card on your file ? If so, when they new plan takes affect, Pm will take any owing from the cc.

BTW...that $24 plan is for new activations only...not sure if you will actually get it.

@Tabman  Unfortunately yes as that plan is only for new activations . So just keep an eye out and when a better plan that’s for existing customers does come out you can change to it and stil enjoy your $16 rewards every 30 days

Add @Tabman  you can change to the 60GB for $40 and with your $16 off you can pay it like it’s the $24 plan 🙂
