I havent been able to get into my sons account i created for several months so i have been buying pre paid cards every month and its becoming such a pain!! It all started when i replaced my visa debit card i then had to login an change the card number an could not get into the profile.

Are you able to sign into all of your email addresses? As the previous poster said, check each one for an automated reply from PM. Something to try while the mods get in touch.

You should contact moderator as described above, but it may take 1-2 days for response.
You could also check your various email accounts. You should have received an initial email from PM when your account activated welcoming you to PM.
If you have the address and forgot your password, you could reset password.
