This sounds like a personal choice. If you wish to help your friends then go ahead and help.

How many friends you choose to help or not is entirely your personal choice. So if you feel like helping someone, go right ahead and help. You don't need anyone's blessings. Just be clear about the basic rules that Public Mobile has to follow to protect customer privacy and prevent unauthorized changes to customer account. So what you need is proper consent from the person you are helping. There are simple steps that the PM mods follow to abide by the rules in place and those rules are not open to negotiation via this forum. So you have to work within the framework provided.

@Rabbi, I'm a bit confused as to what your suggestion is. As @imm1304 has written, there's nothing stopping you from doing (what I think) you are trying to say which is offer yourself up as the go-between your friends and PM.

I believe this forum is mostly intended for suggestions to be implemented by Public Mobile themselves, not for general ideas for other users. Does that make sense? 🙂

@Rabbi the Public Lab is a place to submit suggestions to Public Mobile, the company. What you're talking about belongs in Discussions because you're not asking for any changes from PM.

If you wish to offer help in order to get referral reward, that again is a personal choice. Its not up to Public Mobile to do anything extra to facilitate this interaction between you and your friends. You have to consider the cost vs benefit and decide if its worth spending extra time to help others just for the referral reward.
