Allow for a rich, visual experience through which to explore historical data usage. Don't cut off users who have exceeded the limits of their data plan from reviewing data usage.
Although I agree it shouldn't be lost when it runs out, users can already load an app on their devices to monitor usage, and in some cases, application data usage.
Also, this is a nice to have, but until bugs are resolved across the system, there should be no new ideas worked on 😞
