Password reset

The password reset feature does not send the email right away.  There seems to be a delay.  And when I finally receive the email, it's already too late.

Keep on getting the, 'Sorry, this page has a time limit which has expired'.

So right now, I cannot even log in to check my account details.

@rayc Yes that is a problem with the email contact form. Try sending  a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.

Turn on email notification of private messages so you do not miss the deadline for resetting your account.

Next time post your question in a Community topic rather than Public Lab; this folder is used to suggest improvements to PM's services.

Maybe this problem is not universal.  I just did a password reset earlier today.  The email came and action was taken about 5 minutes after receipt of email.  The change was still timely.
