I've noticed that making new posts or editing existing posts will sometimes remove proper formatting (paragraph spacing, pictures, links) and make it difficult to read the content as intended. This is true for Chrome browser in Android, I'm not sure about other environments. When using my phone, I always have to request the desktop version of the site before I edit my posts, otherwise I risk losing a lot of the formatting.

When you edit on mobile, it also removes the tag for some reason and removes new line format. Mobile site definitely needs improvements. 

Desktop site also needs some touch here and there to minimize a lot of white space. They really did a good job on fixing major issues but for a while now, nothing has been done.

Yes, when I edit in the mobile version a post where I've quoted someone, the formatting for the quoted portion disappears too.
