I have notice few peoples had issues related getting sim card I have a suggestion if public mobile provide tracking detail by email this way there will be no issues for tracking down since they send by expresspost which I think do have a tracking number this way public mobile and the user who placed an order have a better tracking relationship when someone order a sim we do get email confirmation if they email once they shiped the sim that would resolve lots of issue and also there will be a solution of lots of inquiry that new user made to mod dept.
And public mobile will save lots of money as well because then they don't have to re issue another sim since user and public mobile both can better tracking details about the item when is in transit to destination I am sure there's few peoples who make false complain too just to get extra free sim since there no signature required and usually Canada post leave it in mail slot or mailbox without any obligation I would sugguest if signature required feature extra charge to public mobile then change sim price to 6 dollars but I would suggest add a tracking and signature required this way user will get their sim without having issue and public mobile have all details who sign and when they received the sim will minimize lots of complain too.
