I have notice few peoples had issues related getting sim card I have a suggestion if public mobile provide tracking detail by email this way there will be no issues for tracking down since they send by expresspost which I think do have a tracking number this way public mobile and the user who placed an order have a better tracking relationship when someone order a sim we do get email confirmation if they email once they shiped the sim that would resolve lots of issue and also there will be a solution of lots of inquiry that new user made to mod dept.
And public mobile will save lots of money as well because then they don't have to re issue another sim since user and public mobile both can better tracking details about the item when is in transit to destination I am sure there's few peoples who make false complain too just to get extra free sim since there no signature required and usually Canada post leave it in mail slot or mailbox without any obligation I would sugguest if signature required feature extra charge to public mobile then change sim price to 6 dollars but I would suggest add a tracking and signature required this way user will get their sim without having issue and public mobile have all details who sign and when they received the sim will minimize lots of complain too.

Considering the cards most likely cost them <$0.50 there is no reason for tracking. 

If some scumbag wants a free card.....so be it. PM will make money when it's eventually activated.

The more cards in circulation.....the better.

Usually if yo email a mod with order number they can send you a trackig number manually.  but it should be easy enough to send an automatic email when creating the shipping waybill.

That's Great then its shouldn't be any issues since pm do have a tracking details in background I would still say if they do then once someone place an order and sim out for shipping to destination all thry need setup a auto respond to email with tracking details i know sim cost 50 cents but if someone lost phone or stolen they need their services running as quick as possible and if sim missing for them then its worth alot to them Idk its just my suggestion adding a tracking details will help out lots of future and current ops

@Samianauman  I'm not sure how the back end works so i have no idea how easily shipping notifications can be set up.  when sim  cards were free they were shippped regular post so maybe the system was not built to handle notifications. But i do agree it would be be great to have as most companies nowadays do send tracking info once a delevery is shipped.

 

As for lost or stolen phones, i always sugguest having a spare sim on hand.  it can be used for a referral or for lost phones.  you will have immediate uptime for a $5 investment.
