Since all things PM are increasing it might be a good thing if the community rewards increase. After all we are the first line in PM's customer service strategy.
Fat chance this will happen. I sense this community will disappear to be replaced by the typical carrier support model. There's no way the recent price increases can be justified without increasing support levels.
I wonder if they are expecting an infclux of new customers. Forum activity seems to have reduced significantly since the new prices so pm has either fixed their portal problems or less people have beed signing up. Not sure what the new mods will be doing unless a new hot promo happens...
