Seeing as everything we do from inquiries, payments, plan change, etc is all through the PB webpage, it would be nice to have a PB Mobile App compatible with iPhones, Android, Tablets and iPad.
This idea has been submitted several times in the past with differing opinions. Some think it's a great idea, others are concerned that adding non-mandatory service items could cause PM to increase rates.
So - with all of that said, opinions may be different in the new "Less is More" era.
I would stick with my thought that a mobile website is fine for now - as long as it works!
There lots of other ideas about app. More likely pm won't be offering app near feature. Even koodo I heard either closing their app or maybe closed already 🙂
THey have already said no, and as I have mentioned before, if Koodo users prefer the website, it makes no sense for Public Mobile to develop an app which doesn't exist yet, and has been removed for a sister company.
