I purchased US roaming on Sept 16 I believe it was and was charged twice for it, how do I go about getting a refund?

Do you see extra funds in your available balance? Equivalent to the extra charge. If so, it might be easier to keep the funds in your account for next month plan renewal.
If you feel comfortable, screenshot your payment history page (omit personal information) and we can tell you what is happening with your account.

you can click the right hand cornor the question mark, it will direct to one of the moderator. You can post a screen shoot of your payment, not sure if you will get refund, they might give you a credit to your available balance.
