i changed my phone number and ever since i changed it my data does not work

Phone number change shouldn't make data stop. If your account still says there is data left and restarting didn't fix, I think it's time to ask SIMon to open a ticket. Click on question mark symbol.

If you confirm that you still have data and cycling off/on doesn't help...log into My Account / Plan and Add-ons / Lost-Stolen. Click Suspend service, then log out. After a moment; log back in and repeat steps only Resume service...then log out and reboot phone again.

Let us know if this helps.

Login to your self serve account and confirm your plan is Active and that you can see data under Data & add-ons. If no data is visible it's all been used.

Does your talk and text work?

 

Could also try to toggle airplane mode on, wait a few minutes, then turn off.

Try cycling phone off / on...see if that helps. Let us know.
