Account hacked - Public Mobile Customer Service is DEAD SILENT

I get no service and my account is used by another customer in Quebec. (I am from Alberta).  PM  moderators got back to me about 36 hrs ago,  accepted that there is an issue , verified the account and said it will be fixed. 

 

Since then........No fix, no communication  and no update from moderators.  

 

Unbelievable POOR POOR customer service. 

 

I had to spend money and get another service since I have a sick child at home need connectivity all the time.

Same issue here

my no. is registered under someone else's name. Can here others talking on my connection. minutes being used up- when I am not the one making calls. 

no response form mods/ since 48 hrs.

@shiranthas, this seems rather odd.  If everything is fixed as reported, you should be able to login to self serve and see everything in order.

Sounds quite strange. Do you mean your number is being used by another person? It could well be identity theft. Should you call the police? Things like this may well spin out of the hands of the mods.
