Ahhhhh, that makes sense. One of the accounts I referred had a problem come up with their account, which affected the price on my bill (I was used to seeing $49.35 come off my credit card so the new amount confused me). I just clued in to that as well. Thank you!

Hello. When you login to your self-serve account, that's where it shows $50.40 was charged, or it just shows that on your credit card? If on your credit card, am I correct to assume you were charged $48 + 5% tax (assuming you live in Alberta)?

Hello,

I just had autopayment come off of my credit card today. However, I noticed it was an odd amount. I am on a 30 day plan for $50. I have autopayment set up (which is supposed to take off $2 for every bill cycle). The charge on my account was $50.40. Which, isnt a huge deal. However I'm just confused as to why it would charge me 40 cents extra and not take off the autopayment reward.

Thanks!

Because your plan is 50$-2$=48$ +taxes....Smiley Wink
