Hi there,  we are going away and are unable to login to my husband phone to cancel it.  Would you please help us.  . He has tried everything to login in and to no avail.   Thanks Colleen

Have you tried the "forgot your password" link on the login page?

If yes and cannot reset password, create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Enter "contact human" as question for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

If so, and he knows his pin number, you can call 611 and disable autopay. See below:

In this case, it will not renew and you will not be charged. You have 90 days or less to reinstate his account if you want to reopen it.

 

Edit: As others have said, you will need a new sim card, I omitted that.

@Colleenfindlay  Dial 611 from your husband's phone and disable autopay.

@Colleenfindlay If you wish to never again use the account, dial 611 and turn off autopay. There will then be no further charges; your account is closed and phone number deleted after 90 days.

If you decide to return after the account has closed you would need to get a new SIM and activate a new account with a different email address.

Once you've removed his full name/phone number from the forum. Send a ticket, or alternatively a personal Message to @CS_Agent. You can give them personal information and they are the only ones that have the power to help you at this point.

 

Creating a support ticket:
Explain your issue to SIMON, seen below:

Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand. Answer his questions until you get here:

Click on "Submit a ticket" and the Moderator team will respond to your concern within 48 hours. May take longer, but the promise of the new Ticketing System was that it will reduce these wait times.

@Colleenfindlay Best to remove your personal info like your email address and phone or account numbers. It won't help on this forum and it makes it discoverable and available to the general public.
To remove your personal information, find your original post.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Edit Reply." From there just delete the information or use X's or # signs to show where it would have been.
