As mentioned if it's Koodo prepaid. You need to contact moderators.

@bsegdell   Is is prepaid or postpaid?  Prepaid needs moderators assistance, postpaid, log into your account (if activated) and select change number.  It is also advised to first take a temporary PM number to ensure everything is working well before going back to change number again and doing the port.  Keep Koodo account active until port is complete.

@bsegdell is your number Koodo post or prepaid? In both cases, your Koodo account must be active to port. It is also recommended that you activate your SIM card with a temporary cell phone number, and  set up your self service/my account . Then port from within If its postpaid.

If it's prepaid you will need moderator help. To contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmar in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon .Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket ).
