Bonjour , je viens d'avoir un nouveau telephone samsung galaxy S4 ete j ai verifie le code EMEI sur votre site il serait compatible, cependant ma carte sim est trop grande et ne rentre pas dans lenouveau telephone.

Pouvez vous me dire ce queje dois faire afin de pouvoir utiliser mon ouveau telephone ,puis je la faire couper ´?.Aidez moi je vous en prie mon ancien telephone ne marche plus et c est le seul moyen pour moi d'etre joignable.

Désolé, je ne sais pas le français, mais en utilisant Google traduit de comprendre votre post, je vous suggère de commander simplement une nouvelle carte SIM; ils sont maintenant un tri SIM qui a toutes trois tailles. Quand il arrive connecter à votre compte libre-service et de localiser la page Changer SIM où vous pouvez entrer et activer la nouvelle carte SIM. Ensuite, vous pouvez perforer la taille qui convient et de le mettre dans votre nouveau téléphone. Utilisez une adresse email différente de votre nom de compte d'utilisateur PM lors de la commande de la carte SIM.

Good Morning and thank you for the answer.I am gonna try to explain you my problembuu my english is not really good .

So my problem is that i have a new phone because my other phone is not working and when i tried to insert my sim cardin the new phone , i realise that my actual sim card is too big .

You suggest me to order a new sim but the probblem is that  i want to keep the same number is it possible to order sim card and keep the same number?

Also i was thinking if it is possible to go and ask in the store to cut the card so it could fit in the new phone.

Thank you i advance i really need to use the phone it is my only way to get reached.

OK There is no problem for you except to wait for the new SIM card. You can keep your phone number. Just register the new SIM in your account when it arrives.

You can try to cut your SIM to the correct size. If you search on the web you can find directions, but be sure to cut it exactly the correct size. Depending on your phone, it may be difficult to get it back out if it is cut wrong. As you suggested, the store where you bought the phone might cut it for you.
