how do i port  a number from freedom mobile to pm

As per what the others have said, and at this point, nobody on the forums can take care of that, i.e. we're all just customers, like you, and have no access to your account, so it's up to the Moderator team now.

@fdrcamb519  You just need to be patient. Ports can take up to 4 hours to complete. Just keep using your Freedom SIM until it stops working. Once that happens it means the port is complete at which point you can start using your PM sim.

@fdrcamb519  could you check you sent messages to see if it was sent? Click on the envelope top right of your screen - then sent. Thanks.

  1. Obtain PM SIM card
  2. Activate your SIM with a temporary number and setup your online selfserve account
  3. Test the PM service to make sure you are happy
  4. Port your number over by send PM your Freedom account number, name on the account and the phone number by submitting a ticket. To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:

    If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

    Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

    • We have made some system enhancements to improve the success rate of this activity. So long as the correct information is entered, this process should be seamless

Note in either case your Freedom account must be active to port.
