Hi,
Just set up a new plan and everything seems to be working great except for voicemail. I can access and have set up voicemail by calling my number directly, but when I try to access my voicemail by pressing 1 or the voicemail icon, I get an automated message from PM saying that my plan doesn't include talk. This is obviously not true because I can make and receive calls just fine. I set up the autodialer to call my number directly. Is there a different number I should use? I'm on iOS.

For those of you that find yourselves in the same boat as I did when joining PM....
1. I had call failed notice when trying to auto dial VM through the icon or pressing 1
2. Finnaly got call through but then had PM system message tell me I didn't have a voice package
This is what fixed my issue. Follow these steps and put your 10 digit PM phone number where the emojis are. There is also instruction to delete the number if you have to.
Check Current Voicemail Retrieval Number
Program New Voicemail Retrieval Number
Delete Voicemail Retrieval Number

@MoraMan have you tried turning off the phone, remove sim, reinsert sim and restart the phone?

Hi @MoraMan, How recently did you set up/sign up with Public Mobile. Could be that your information hasn't been uploded/synchronized will all of the systems. If everything else is working fine, I would give it a day to see if it fixes itself. After that, if still not resolved, you would need to send a private message to the moderatos group.
