Activating account - SIM card problem

I'm trying to activate my a/c.  There is not enough space on your online form to include all the numbers of my SIM card.  It's one space too short.

Sim cards have 19 numbers. Have you added one too many?

It should be 19 digits.  It is either below the barcode or imprinted on the sim card.

 @Debs313 : Check that the first bunch of numbers are 891223 and a bunch of zeros to at least verify that the SIM # you have is from the Telus family.

Is it possible that you have sim from another provider?

All Public Mobile SIM card numbers have the same number of digits. Please check if there is a digit being repeated by mistake.

 

You only need to be type in the last 9 digits and you can actually start typing from there. Please do not change, type over, or retype the first 10 digits.

You might have to watch and count the number of “0” when you enter the PM SIM card number.

There are 19 digits beginning with 891223 then four zeros then 9 unique numbers.
