It looks like you didn't buy any. and didn't load any fund as well (Available Fund = $0)
do you want to check the transaction history and confirm you have bought something or load fund?

@paulbowles23 : If you don't need to text out then you could get the individual talk and any of the data buckets.
And yes...keep track of the exact time you finish the purchase. Exactly 240 hours later it will expire. Come back just before and we can give you a few more tips about continuing with roaming add-ons.
You will find the data component in your overview My Data & Add-ons. You will find the talk component on the Plan Details page.
None of your other add-ons will work. You will get one or two more US-related locations to call.

@paulbowles23 I suggest you buy the 10 days bundle
Bundle - US Roaming - Talk Text 250 Data (10-day) - $20.00
but make sure you load enough fund before you head over to buy the addon (Available Fund on My Account will tell you how much you have in the system now, if you have less than $20, load the rest onto your account first)
But, how long you are in US for? if you are there for longer than 10 days and you don't mind using VoIP app, get a US Prepaid data plan and then use VoIP app like TextNow for calls and text for free. The whole arrangement is cheaper and give you more data and no need to renew every 10 days

@paulbowles23 : Yup depends on your needs. Talk. Text. Data. Talk/text. Talk/text/data. You could get data only and use voip apps. You will receive texts in the states without any add-on. You will receive one or two "grace" calls upon connecting to a US tower. No outbound for either talk or text.

@paulbowles23 Depends on your need. Which one you got already? Or you didn't do step 2 yet?
Please note you CANNOT buy 2 package with Talk feature at the same time or it would screw up the system and need PM Support to adjust manually
Also, 10 days , 240 hours , starts counting from the moment you completed the buying of the roaming.
Which one do you have now? does it show up on the Plan details page?

@paulbowles23 Buying Addon is a 2 steps process
1. load fund
2. actual buying
many people missed step 2. Any chance you also loaded fund and did not do step 2?
Check Plan details https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/ to see if the roaming you got shows up there? If not, check to see if your Available Fund has the amount you just loaded
if you have completed both steps, did you try to manually select AT&T or T-Mobile network?
