wont let me pay

Hi there- I am trying to pay the bill but every time I try it says I have enough balance. When I check my balance it says 0.00 and when I check the payment history it says a payment is due!

 

I really need to figure this out- please help

The self serve portal sometimes responds in strange way.  Multiple tries, deleting cache, incognito mode can resolve issues.  Happy to see that everything is working.  Next time if you are in a bind, there is always the option of topping up using vouchers from recharge.com.

Dec 15- I have done both enter in the amount due and the desired amount

@toothless, if your phone is working, ignore whatever your Self-Serve says *if* you are on AutoPay, or *if* you've previously topped up prior to your renewal date.

 

There are warning messages right in Self-Serve that tell you to do nothing if you're in these positions.  There is nothing wrong if your device is working.

Maybe also post a screenshot of your overview page so we can see what's happening. Blank any personal info of course.

Try entering a specific  amount instead of amount due.
