I just noticed that I got charged incorrect amount in the last bill and when I checked online, I saw my plan got changed! I didn't do change to my account.
Why was it happened?

Click all the little spinner refresh icons lowerdown to be sure you're seeing current information.
If you did in fact reply to one of those promo texts then just set up another plan change for your next renewal back to what you had.
