why is this chabot not working, my plan auto changed when i paid my bill and i lost my 2gb per month. I did not change my plan i simply click reactivate.

It isn't working for me, and hasn't in a couple of days.  I've tried multiple internet connections without any luck.

yes, my phone bill was due today. there was no funds in my account. I tried to pay it last night and the entire site was down for maintenance. I just got home and went to  pay it online, clicked reactivate my account and my plan is now changed and promo gone. If their site was working last night this would not have happened.

Did you get a text offering a plan and did you reply to it with a yes? Or touch the yes button that might have been supplied along with the offer?

It also sounds like your plan went into suspension. The actual rules of the 2gb promo states that you would lose the promo if you went into suspension. I may have read here that the promo would stay regardless though.
