I just paid for a plan, I'm not sure if it ever asked me for my address
where did you mailed the new sim card?

In case it isn't clear, the prior posters are just other customers like you, they're not public mobile employees.
You'll need to ask them where the physical SIM card was mailed to.

Hi @Vahab @ Step 4 is Shipping and Payment and it was where the address was asked and you entered. So, the sim card would send to that address you price. I assume basically is the same address as your credit card's

it should have asked you the earlier step or st payment. Just clarify, ask PM. You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket as your account is not fully activated yet, so just message them

The system won't allow a customer to proceed without entering an address. The SIM card gets shipped to whichever address was provided. Was the eSIM option perhaps selected instead?
