So, if today is your renewal day, Public Mobile already credited you the rewards yesterday afternoon. That's why you had $7 in your Available Funds already before renewal. During renewal , PM will charge you the full amount , then minus the Available Funds you have.
this is incorrect information. they already had $7 available funds plus the rewards. that's not how one reads the payment screen. this is also not how the payment process works. rewards are deducted first and then available funds and then auto pay. this is the reason there are autopay failures. because the system fails or stalls to retrieve the mo ey from the bank account

@dhdh If so you'll need to send a private message to customer service, as has already been mentioned. Public Mobile does not reply in these forums.

i did not write this for anybody else but public mobile to respond to. They screw up and i was hoping they monitor the community for problems people may have otherwise you are screweds if you want to talk to them. So if you have no acce to adjust my bill and do NOT work for the company, i am not interested. I show 2 amounts, same account 8pm and 8am, 12 hours apart and now discovered a 3rd amount for 37$ on th *611. the systems f****d

look at both pictures before you speak, i had 7$ in the account, 2$ subscriptrion, 5$ loyalty, thats 14$ . so the bill owed was 33.90, not 41.81. If you actually read, iv'e been with public over 12 years so i know whats going on. i dont need to change my plan. its not about the money, its anout being ripped off.
further more i can set my payment cxard to amount i want to pay. I had it set to $34. So because public changed my bill over night, my plan did not renew and thus no phone. i will pay the difference because i need my phone and they wont ever fix it. but when i have time later this week i will be searching out another provider. its not about the money its a about princable. they ripped me off.
PS why do you think they took away live customer support

@dhdh No, Public Mobile didn't rip you off
did you see Available Funds $7 on your screenshot?
This is how rewards work. Public Mobile will credit you the rewards a day before renewal.

You will see the Payment history here https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history and you will see PM already added the rewards amount to your account

Check your credit card statement to see the amount that you were billed. if you have it on autopay there is no reason why you would be paying $41.81
EDIT: so reviewing the amount again, you were billed correctly. the $33.90 amount is wrong because it's based a total deduction of $14 dollars.

Yes its me again. public mobile ripped me off while i was sleeping for $7, my loyalty $5 and 2$ supscription.
so my bill owing yesterday $33.90, so i set it up to auto pay that amount. then i wake up today with my phone not working and majically number changing bill to bwe payed at now $41.81. So much for the loyalty. I have been with public mobile for over 12 years and this is how the say thank you.
Lets not forget that yopu can new get anyone to talk to at public mobile on the phone ewver because what is their business again. PHONES???? RIGHT???? what a joke. you have the pictures so customers beware. see for yourself. the automatic 12 hour bill increase. Good job, well played

You also may want to consider changing your plan to the cheaper $34 at 40GB 5G.

Did you check how much you were billed on your credit card? Sometimes the website doesn’t show the correct amount.
If you were billed more than you were suppose to be then you can contact a CS agent with the link below.

You were trying to change plan and using Change Now option, right?
if you use Change Now to change the plan, it is normal that you will have to pay the full amount now.
However, those rewards will be credited back to your account couple days after your immediate plan change
