i have tried a great deal to talk to a human manager. at P.M.but to no avail,if your able to pull up my acct. and history you will see what Im talking about my next step will be to bring this mater before the province's court here in Victoria B.C. and have this settled publicly in small claims i will be seeking cost plus my losses in my opinion i think it would be best to settle this matter with me directly post haste as this is my final notice.

You have been bringing up your issue several times now since January. Each time, people give you ideas and the method to connect with the company via what are called moderators. There is no telephone, human, speaking, support here. It's all online via this community and the private messaging herein with the moderators. A moderator even stepped in on one of your previous threads. You need to use the private messaging method with them.
I really feel for your situation but you've had all the information provided to you to get to a resolution.
When you are logged in here, look in the upper right area for a red blob over a little envelope icon. That's the private messaging area. It's a bit like an email system. The red blob is the indicator of the presence of a message. Much like the red blob over the little bell icon that I have caused to appear on yours now.

Public Mobile doesn't have a call center, and posting here you are just talking to other customers like yourself. I would recommend you message a Moderator and hopefully they can help you:
