I've read a few of the posts on this topic and don't see any solution posted
I have taken the suggestion of contacting the moderators
I hope I get a response fairly soon because the person I am referring - their other plan expires tomorrow
Thank you for your help

@mimmo wrote:@geopublic post activation $1 credits are a sure thing. Are you sure about the 10$ credit for the new account? I know the 25+25 credits were not given out when referal number is not given on activation. I think/thought the 10$ credit was the same.
Yes, and in fact it was for the $25+$25 credits.

That happens once in a while so when that error occurs just advise the person to proceed with the activation without entering the referrel number and once the activation completes they need to contact the Moderator Team give them the referral number describe the problem along with the error and they will add the credit and the referrals accordingly to both accounts.

the mods can add the referal number after the fact. not sure how the $10 credit works.
Since their payment is due tomorrow I would not wait. else they are stuck for another month. asking the mods for the $10 credit could be an option but that is purley good will on their part.

Yes, a moderator will be able to fix this for you. Hopefully they can respond to you quickly, it will depend on how busy they are.
