how the hell do i even look at my plan??? is this the same public mobile as the past 3 years? when i get the app it only lets me sign up for a new plan. i already have one, and i want to look at how much data i have left! where do i find that information here!

it does not show me that menu at all. i don't know why there is no subscription attached to my account.

the app upon logging in asks me to choose a subscription and tells me my sim card is already in use

@Annapeach can  you login to My Account?  it is just on the Overview page

If you use the desktop, Subscription Usage are what included in the plan and how much you have.  Add-on Usage shows all the add on you have

And go to Subscription & Add-ons page, you will see your plan details

@Annapeach  Yes it same public mobile as before just with a new and fresh updated look . But being your plan should be same as before just sign in and it will show there 

check data plan / mins / add ons

You can view these things on your PM app

To know current subscription : My Account —> Click Change Subscription. This will show your current plan

To know your usage similary: My Account —> Scroll down to subscription usage

I am not sure if this helps or if I misunderstood your question.

If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and hear your total remaining data.

When you opened the app did you try to log in with your previously known credentials?
