Just suspend your service and order a new SIM card, and then activate it after receiving the new SIM card.

@Neelvashi You would be wise to log into your account and suspend service under Lost/Stolen phone. That prevents anyone making calls/using data with your SIM card (and any contacts you have stored there).

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your SIM card,
You will need to order a new SIM card through our online webstore, there will be a $10 shipping charge, However, the shipping charges will be rebated to the method of payment you used to pay the shipping charges. Please note that we now offer PayPal as a payment option.
Once you receive the new sim card, you will need to log into your self-serve account and you will simply need to go to the *Change SIM card* and add the new SIM card #, everything will remain the same as before.
