How long does it usually take to receive a SIM card, it's been 2 weeks now.

@DorothyJRogers   It could be as long as 3 weeks.  So, it should come in the next couple days

Are you urgently need one for activation?  You can try check store , (Walmart mobile, Loblaw's, London Drug etc) if they are helping with activation with PM.  If they do, some might give you the PM SIM for free.
