Hi @houseofdreams did the system accepted the voucher? reboot phone now and try again. Logon My Account again with Incognito/private/secret mode and see if account is active or Available fund showing the money

Are you making the voucher payment to reinstate service from a suspended state or just to apply funds to your account to cover your next renewal?
If just to add funds, try tapping the little refresher icons on the self-serve landing page as you may very well be viewing a cached version of the page.
Also recommend using laptop or desktop device to apply vouchers on the account.

where you got the voucher from?? and when you got it?? voucher from some stores have a 24 hours wait time

Does the voucher say Public Mobile on it? Do any instructions say to use 611 or login? Did you use the 12 digit set of numbers identified as PIN#?
