how do i retrieve a voicemail that was automatically deleted after 10 days

@Randy1234  In the future, you might want to look into the free alternative voicemail service from youmail.com. They will email you your voicemails, and then you can keep them forever. The messages include a sound file attachment, along with a text transcription of each voicemail.

The setup process just involves setting your 3 conditional call forward settings to one of the numbers they provide instead of the default Public Mobile voicemail deposit numbers and you're off to the races!

Not possible. When it is gone it is gone for good.

You cannot unfortunately. Just have to be mindful to go in every few days or at least every week to resave the already saved messages you want to keep.
