I cannot get access to my account as I have been locked out at first I changed the password and when I try to login with the new password it say incorrect therefore redoing made me locked out from the account.  any help would be great

Before you do retry to log in, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, or try a different browser. Even try opening a tab in incognito mode to see if that helps.

If fails, try to use the Forgot Passoword link for self-reset of the password first

 

If you still unable to reset it that way, open a ticket with PM Support:

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

You can try waiting about an hour, and then retry login.  Otherwise you need to get help for a rep.  Click on the get help button, then Chat with Simon, and then enter forgot password (or something similar).
